These terms are between you and wonder3 LLC ("wonder3", "we"). By using wonder3 you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be 18 or older and a parent, caregiver, or educator. wonder3 is for adults; children do not create accounts or use it directly.

Every adventure on wonder3 is a suggestion for an adult to run, and you are responsible for supervising your child at all times and for judging whether an idea is safe for your particular child. Age ranges and safety notes are general guidance, not a substitute for your judgement. Small parts, water, food, tools, cords, and outdoor play all carry real risks including choking, drowning, strangulation, allergy, and injury. Check every material before you start, never leave a child alone with water or small objects, and stop any activity that isn't going well. wonder3 is not medical, developmental, or educational advice — talk to your pediatrician about any concerns.

Keep your login details private and let us know at contact@wonder3.app if you think someone else is using your account. You may delete your account at any time.

Details you enter about your children stay yours. You give us permission only to store and use them to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Adventure text, illustrations, and the wonder3 name and logo belong to wonder3 LLC. You may use them with your own family or class, but not republish or resell them.

Some adventures link to places you can buy materials. We may earn a small commission from these links at no extra cost to you. We don't sell materials ourselves and we're not responsible for other companies' products.

wonder3 is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, wonder3 LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from activities you choose to do, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

We may update these terms; the date above will change. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which wonder3 LLC is registered.
