wonder3 is run by wonder3 LLC. You can reach us any time at contact@wonder3.app. We are the data controller for the information described below.

wonder3 is a service for parents and caregivers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and children do not create accounts or use the app directly.

The details you may enter about your child — a first name or nickname, an age band such as "2–3", and interests like "animals" — are optional, are used only to choose which three adventures to show you, and are never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of your child. You can skip them entirely and still use wonder3. We recommend using a nickname rather than a full name. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email contact@wonder3.app and we will delete it.

• Account details — your email address, and if you sign in with Google, your name and email from your Google account. We never receive your Google password.
• Child details you choose to enter — nickname, age band, interests, play-style preferences.
• Your activity in the app — which adventures you save or mark as done, so your list works across your devices.
• Newsletter email — if you subscribe to The wonder3 Weekly.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

To sign you in, to personalise the three adventures we show you, to keep your saved list in sync, to send the weekly email you asked for, and to keep the service secure and working. That's it.

You can ask us to show you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. In the app you can delete a child profile or a saved adventure yourself. For account deletion or a full data export, email contact@wonder3.app and we will respond within 30 days. Our legal bases are your consent (child details, newsletter) and performance of our agreement with you (your account and saved list). EU and UK users have the right to complain to their local data protection authority.

Data is stored on our hosting and database providers, who process it only on our instructions. Email is sent through our email provider. Data may be stored on servers in the United States; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required. We keep your data while your account is open and delete it within 30 days of an account deletion request. Newsletter emails are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences on this device. No advertising cookies.

If we make a meaningful change we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders.
